Suggestion: Show current drive/prefix by default

description

Wouldn't it be nice if A2cmd came up automatically showing the current drive and prefix by default, instead of having to pick one? It would just show wherever you invoked a2cmd from the filesystem.

Since there doesn't seem to be significance between upper and lowercase commands, it would be nice to fold all command keystrokes to upper case. 'd', for example, won't bring up the drive selection panel, but 'D' will.

(sorry, that comment is supposed to be a new issue...)

Starting A2-Command from a virtual drive does not show the current directory. This has to be checked.
